Engrained cultural biases and stereotypes can lead employees and managers to display unconscious biases in the workplace. Our approach aims to uncover unconscious bias, prejudice, and differentiate between culture and racial biases, participants get a chance to explore the impact of micro aggression mistakes and how they affect individuals across different identities. Participants will identify new strategies on how to overcome and address conflict.
