In the corporate world leaders know that failure is inevitable. That is the hard truth many face as we rise through the ranks of leadership. But as successful leaders will share, what we often

judge as failures, are nothing more than an opportunity to grow and learn. I heard someone said errors are key to learnings and the ratio for proper human learning should be  85% of the task to perform correctly and 15% to missed it. Any amount more put too much demand on the attentional system and any less amount put to little on the  attentional system.
