Opportunity cost is what a person sacrifices when they choose one option over another.

After realizing that everything in my life is about opportunity cost. I create a habit to reflect every time I said “yes”, and then I  became aware that I say no to everything else. By resting on my “yes” choice before I respond, I maintain a work-life balance, reduce stress and at the same time prevent office burnout.
